Abstract
A method for determination of trace lead in soil by microwave digestion-hydridegeneration atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS) was carried out in this paper. The use of microwave digestion prove to be quick, safe and economical use of reagents. The results obtained show that the linearity is good(the related average coeficient is 0.9 998 in standard curve 0.0~40.0 μg/L).According to determination of 6 kinds of soil, the relative standard deviations are 3.4% ~6.5%(n=21) and the recovery rates are 88.7%~111.2% and the detection limit is 0.15 ng/L.It is a recommendable method for the determination of lead in soil and for other fields as well.
