Abstract
[Objective]To develop a method to determine arsenum by electric heat digestion and atomic fluorescence spectrometry.[Methods]After electric heat digestion using aqua regia, the soil samples were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.[Results]The linear range of the method was from 0 to 200 μg/L. The correlation coefficient was 0.999 7.The detection limit of the method was 0.016 μg/L;the relative standard deviation ranged from 1.38% to 7.55%. The results of four soil samples for quality control were in the range of the true values.[Conclusion]The optimized method is simple, rapid and accurate for determining arsenum in batches of soil samples.
