Abstract
In this paper,the effects on the dyeing percentage of wool dyed by acidic dyes such as dyeing temperature,dyeing time,ultrasonic power were studied by the help of ultrasonic.It was concluded that the better dyeing temperature of wool by ultrasonic dyeing was 70 ℃,time for 90 min,ultrasonic power for 200~300 W.The washing fastness,rubbing fastness and the structure of yarns were compared by ultrasonic dyeing with the conventional dyeing.The experimental results showed that ultrasonic can loose fibers,promote the dyes into wool inner,may realize the low temperature dyeing of wool,and have a good color fastness.
