Application Effect Observation of Metoprolol in the Treatment of Diabetes Complicated With Hypertension

Abstract
Objective To discuss the application effect of metoprolol in the treatment of diabetes complicated with hypertension.Methods During 2013 to 2014,66 cases of diabetes complicated with hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group 33 cases.Patients were given oral hypoglycemic agents or insulin subcutaneous injection according to individual circumstances,and regular aspirin and simvastatin.Observation group added oral metoprolol 25mg/time,3 times/d,and control group added felodipine 5mg/d.Results The difference of treatment effect between two groups were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol in the treatment of diabetic complicated with hypertension has good effect for blood pressure and blood glucose control.
