Observation of Curative Effect of Captopril Combined with Metoprolol to Treat Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with Hypertension

Objective To investigate the effects of captopril combined with metoprolol in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with hypertension blood glucose,blood lipid and blood pressure level.Methods 96 cases with hypertensive from June 2009 to June 2011 in our hospital were treated with routine hypoglycemic,blood lipid treatment of,according to the different treatment,the patients were divided into 3 groups: captopril group had 30 cases,metoprolol group had 33 cases,captopril combined with metoprolol group 33 cases.To observe the effect of blood glucose,blood pressure and blood lipid levels in 3 different treatment on type 2 diabetes mellitus with hypertensive.Results The blood glucose,blood lipid four item in three groups after treatment had no significant differences(P0.05).The blood pressure and heart rate after treatment in three groups had significant difference(P0.05),the blood pressure and heart rate of captopril combined with metoprolol group decreased more obviously.Conclusion Three different treatment on blood glucose,blood lipid levels had no significant difference,can effectively reduce blood pressure,captopril combined with metoprolol had synergistic hypotensive effect,hypotensive effect was more obvious.
