Abstract

Effective knowledge sharing between organizations of knowledge chain is conducive to the reduction of cooperation cost and fast implementation of knowledge value,while the sharing activity is subject to the trade-off between benefits and costs.In this paper,an evolutionary game model of knowledge sharing between organizations of knowledge chain is built and the influence factors of knowledge sharing are analyzed.Concrete measures to promote knowledge sharing are put forward.
