Abstract

Knowledge is taken as a kind of quasi-public goods and knowledge sharing is taken as a kind of evolutionary game of quasi-public goods on knowledge networks.Based on the trust factors on the process of knowledge sharing, two knowledge sharing model with different rational level are built. Then, simulation method is used to study the mechanism of knowledge sharing and the impact of knowledge network on knowledge sharing. Results show that knowledge network structure has different impact under different rational level. These models are conducive to understand the mechanism of knowledge sharing and then adopt effective methods to prompt knowledge sharing level of an organization.
