Evolutionary Game of Knowledge Sharing on Intra-Organization Knowledge Networks

Knowledge sharing within an organization is a dynamic process of evolutionary game,which is working on the social network of knowledge sharing among organization members.To study the influence of network structure and game's payoff on organizational knowledge sharing,a knowledge sharing network of an organization is constructed first followed by an analysis of the payoff matrix of the knowledge sharing game.Through the evolutionary game on networks,simulation is performed to study the knowledge sharing level.Our results show that,to improve the knowledge sharing level,the knowledge discrepancy and incentive strategy should in a proper level.Moreover,the structure of the knowledge network can also influence knowledge sharing level,especially the important members.
