Abstract
S2O8 2-/ TiO2-Al2O3 solid superacid of different metal proportions by impregnation and deposition method was prepared and used for the reaction of catalytic hydrolysis of peanut shells to produce levulinic acid(LA). The results showed that the catalyst property was best with the ratio of n(Al)∶ n(Ti)= 1 ∶2,and further the effects on hydrolysis temperature, hydrolysis time, the amount of solid acid and liquid-solid ratios on the LA yield had been discussed in this thesis.Quadratic regression model was founded and optimization was analyzed with response surface method(RSM). The experimental results showed that the optimal conditions as follow:hydrolysis temperature was 235℃,hydrolysis time was 30min,the amount of solid acid was 4.6%,and liquid-solid ratio was 18:1(mL/ g). Under this condition, the LA yield could reach to 26.43%.
