Abstract
Levulinic acid(LA) can be prepared from peanut shells with SO42-/TiO2-Al2O3solid acid as hydrolysis catalyst. The effects on the amount of solid acid, hydrolysis time, hydrolysis temperature and liquid-solid ratios on the LA yield had been discussed in this thesis. The experimental results showed that the optimal conditions as follow: solid acid was 3.5%,hydrolysis time was 150 min, hydrolysis temperature was 250 ℃,and liquid-solid ratio was 21:1(L/mg).Under this condition, the LA yield could reach to 12.35%.
