Percutaneous lumbar diskectomy combined with percutaneous collagenase chemonucleolysis for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of percutaneous lumbar diskectomy combined with percutaneous collagenase chenucleolysis for treating lumbar disc herniation. Methods 45 lumbar disc herniation patients were treated percutaneous lumbardiscectomy(PLD) combined with percutaneous collagenase chemonuleolysis.All the patients were followed-up for 5 to 12 months. Results 45 cases were performed successfully. The total fine rate was 93.3% and efficient rate was 97.8%.According to MacNab methods,30 cases were excellent,12 cases were good,2 cases were average,1 cases was failed.There were no severity complication. Conclusion It is a good method to treat lumbar disc herniation with high effectiveness,less complications and adverse effect.
