Abstract
The systematic investigation on organophosphorous pesticide residue in vegetable samples from markets in Nanchang city was conducted. The results showed that the residues in 21.1% samples were higher than the standard. Therefore, the author analyzed the causes of high organophosphorous pesticide residue in the vegetables.
