Abstract

[Objective]To evaluate esomeprazole combined with mosapride in treatment with gastroesophageal reflux disease.[Methods]From September 2007 to September 2010,92 cases of gastroesophageal reflux disease patients were randomly classified into two groups, which observation group with 46 cases was treated with esomeprazole combined with mosapride and control group with 46 cases was treated with omeprazole combined with domperidone. The clinical effect and main symptoms were observed and compared.[Results]The total effective rates in observation group were significantly higher than that in control group(P﹤0.05). Compared with pre-treatment,the scores of heartburn, acid reflux and chest pain were significantly decreased(P﹤0.05)after treatment in both two groups. Moreover, the scores of heartburn, acid reflux and chest pain in observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in control group(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion]Esomeprazole combined with mosapride in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease can improve clinical curative effect, improve clinical symptoms, which can be applied in clinic.
