Abstract

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effects of chemotherapy combined with dendritic cell-cytokine induced killers(DC-CIK) cells on non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Methods Sixty-five patients of metastatic NSCLC were randomized divided into two groups:the study group(chemotherapy combined with DC-CIK) and the control group(chemotherapy). The study group received NP chemotherapy regimen combined with DC-CIK cells, the control group was given NP chemotherapy regimen only. The short-time clinical therapeutic effect, life quality, immunal function,3-year survival rate and security were observed. Results There was no significant difference between two groups on short-time clinical effect. However, the further research pointed that in lung adenocarcinoma, the objective remission rates of the study group and the control group were 52.6% and 42.1%,respectively.93.8% of KPS score in the study group rised, while that of the control group was 78.8%.In the study group the CD3+,CD8+ and CD56+ positive rate of T lymphocytes and the value of Ag-NORs in peripheral blood prominently rised. The 3-year survival rate of the study group was 25.0%,while that of the control group was 15.2%.No adverse influence on heart function, liver function, renal function and blood routine was observed in the study group. Conclusion Chemotherapy combined with DC-CIK cells for NSCLC can improve life quality, enhance immune function, increase survival rate and comprehensive therapy.
