Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical examination methods and results of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection for children, for providing reference for treating disease. Methods 150 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection treated in our hospital from January 2012 to April 2013 were selected as research objects. The clinical data of all patients were analyzed retrospectively. And the clinical examination results were summarized. Results For the clinical examination results of all patients, there were 62 cases with blood sedimentation and increase of leukocyte and CRP. For the cold agglutinin test, 50 patients were positive, and the positive rate was 33.3%. For sputum culture mycoplasma, 30 cases were positive, and the positive rate was 20%. And there were symptoms such as great change of myocardial enzymes, proteinuria and mild damage of liver function. Conclusion The important pathogens caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae infection for children is mycoplasma pneumoniae which is evident in many examinations. Making comprehensive analysis on clinical examination results can evidently improve the accuracy rate of diagnosis, which has great significance for improving the diagnosis rate.
