The clinical characteristics of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in 69 cases

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and diagnostic strategies of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection,evaluate the effect of macrolides and quinolones combined therapy. Methods The clinical data of 69 cases of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The changes of laboratory tests and X - ray before and after treatment were observed.Results After treatment,effective rate of 69 patients was 100%and the X-ray showed pulmonary lesions completely absorbed,pleural effusion disappeared and the body temperature dropped to 37℃with in 24 hours.Sixty- nine patients were followed up and no recurrence happened.Conclusion Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection is one of the main reasons in respiratory tract infection,and it should be combined with imaging findings and serological test results in order to consolidate judgments.
