Abstract

Objective To explore the correlation between platelet activation factor CD63、CD62P and plasma plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1), C-reactive protein(C-RP)in patients with unstable angina(UAP).Methods Platelet activation factor CD63, CD62P were detected by flow cytometry,and plasma PAI-1, C-RP were measured by enzyme-immeoassay in UAP.Results ①Platelet activation factor CD63、CD62P and plasma PAI-1 activity, serum C-RP concentration were significantly higher than those of the normal subjects and the stable angina(SAP)subjects( P 0.05 or P 0.01);②There were correlation between platelet CD63、CD62P and plasma PAI-1, C-RP;③The increase of all indicators were much obvious higher in angina attack than before angina attack and in relief( P 0.05 or P 0.01);④There were positive correlation between all indicators and the degree of angina and coronary stenosis.Conclusions Platelet activation,PAI-1 activity, C-RP involved in the development of UAP,and predicted the prongnosis of UAP. [
