Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of platelet activation in unstable angina(UA).Methods The expression levels of platelet surface glycoprotein, including CD63,CD42b and PAC-1,were accurately detected by flow cytometry in patients with UA.Results The expression level of CD63,PAC-1 of platelet surface glycoprotein in patients with UA was significantly up-regulated when compared with healthy people, while CD42b expression down-regulated,there was significant difference(P0.01).Conclusion The platelet activation in patients with UA is in an activated state, which is involved in the development of UA.
