Abstract
Dynamic environment asks for new challenges for sustainable growth of enterprises.The key problem of enterprises' sustainable development is how to continue the capacity of sustainable development.This article began with the relevant concepts of the dynamic environment and enterprises' development,and plunged with essential for the ability of enterprises sustainable growth,the formation mechanism and promotion mechanisms of enterprises' sustainable growth were stated to provide theoretical reference.
