Abstract

It is the aim pursued by any enterprise of sustainable development. There are many factors influencing the sustainable development of administration structure, the enterprises'culture and the enterprises'strategy. But it is the very important factor of the human resources strategy. Enterprises should realize and utilize the important strategy situation of the resource in the sustainable development and then own the exuberant vitality.
