Research on the Concept and Internal Mechanism of Sustainable Competitiveness of Enterprises

Sustainable development of enterprises is the base of the sustainable development of a country. What enterprises faces today is not only the fierce market competition,but also the rising pubic awareness of their rights,even further,great concern on environment protection,safety,health and sustainable development by the society government and medias. The article researches on the concept and internal mechanism of sustainable competitiveness of enterprises. It finds that the sustainable competitiveness of enterprises is a system overall effect of three interdependent mutually coupled and mutually constrained factors,which are resources innovations and responsibilities. These three factors transforming interacting and evolving formats the sustainable competitiveness of enterprises in the long run.Enterprises that want to achieve sustainable development must pay attention to the combination integration and optimization of these three key factors.
