Abstract

Objective:To study the aconitine poisoning caused by ventricular arrhythmia in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of ventricular arrhythmias.Methods:36 cases of aconitine poisoning patients admitted to hospital immediately gastric lavage,ECG.According to ECG case, random correct heart rhythm disorders, use lidocaine, magnesium sulfate, potassium chloride infusion and electrical defibrillation rescue.Results:36 patients with 30 cases of an effective, significant in 4 cases,2 cases, the total effective rate 94.44%,effective comparation of the time of aconitine poisoning and the disappearing time of premature P value less than 0.05,there are significant differences. Conclusion:aconitine poisoning caused by the treatment of ventricular arrhythmias key:drugs and electrical cardioversion as soon as possible can improve the cure rate.
