Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of amiodarone and lidocaine in the treatment of the ventricular arrhythmia caused by aconitine poisoning. Methods The clinical data of 68 cases of ventricular arrhythmic patients caused by aconitine poisoning from January 2010 to December 2012 were retrospective analyzed. These patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the different administration. There were 35 cases in observation group, and 33 cases in the control group. The observation group was treated with amiodarone, and the control group with lidocaine. Both groups were observed for arrhythmia control rate and the incidence of malignant arrhythmia. Results The incidence of arrhythmia in patients with malignant ventricular arrhythmia rate were significantly lower than the control group. There was significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Amiodarone should be the first choice for treating ventricular arrhythmia induced by aconitine poisoning unless there was any contraindication.
