Discussing Treatment of Ventricular Arrhythmia Caused by Aconitine

Abstract

Objective To discuss the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia caused by acute aconitine poisoning.Methods We used atropine to treat all the patients.Amiodarone hydrochloride injection was used to treat ventricular arrhythmias caused by acute aconitine poisoning and if it failed,electrical conversion;electroversion was used.We gave hydrous magnesium to torsade de pointes.Results All the 32 patients with arrhythmia recovered their sinus rhythem.Conclusions The proper use of drugs is effective for ventricular arrhythmia.
