Abstract

Objective Study the effects of different methods catheter in critically ill patients in the brain of the application results. Methods 96 patients were randomly divided into the home of peripheral venous puncture inserted central catheter(PICC)group and 48 patients with subclavian vein Section 48 cases, the two methods were observed in a home of the home of the success rate, complications, and Purchase of the length of time. Results PICC group success rate of 100%,and subclavian venous catheter group home of a success rate of 67.8%,a statistically significant difference(P0.05);PICC Group indwelling catheter longer than subclavian vein group, were statistically significant(P0.01).In group subclavian vein catheter-related infections, adjacent arterial injury, the catheter shedding a few more cases, compaire with PICC group were statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion PICC catheter puncture easy, fewer complications, the long-term retention.
