Abstract
The purpose of the effects of different methods catheter in critically ill patients in the brain of the application results.Methods96 patients were randomly divided into the home of peripheral venous puncture inserted central catheter(PICC)group and 48 patients with subclavian vein Section 48 cases, the two methods were observed in a home of the success rate, complications, and Purchase of the length of time.PICC results of a group home of a success rate 100%,and subclavian venous catheter group home of a success rate of 67.8%,a statistically significant difference(P0.05);PICC Group indwelling catheter longer than subclavian vein group, were statistically significant(P0.01)in group subclavian vein catheter-related infections, adjacent arterial injury, the catheter shedding a few more cases, and PICC Group in the case of phlebitis was higher than the number of subclavian venous catheter group.ConclusionPICC catheter puncture easy, fewer complications, the long-term retention.
