Abstract

Scientific research output is weak in the newly founded universities.Promoting the ability of Scientific Research Serving the local society should be firstly find out their own research situation,grasp the local needs,correctly handle the relationship between discipline construction and scientific research work.Then,in the academic team construction,focus on construction of core competitiveness.Finally,to make full use of the yi language as the rich local cultural resources in northwestern Guizhou,to build scientific research characteristics.
