Abstract

To provide service for local economic construction and social development by cultivating talents,conducting scientific research and cultural serive has become the mission of the survival and development of local universities.Newly-founded university is suggested to makes clear managerial guiding ideology,display local special features,expand and innovate social service to build it into a cultural center,a booster to promote local economic construction and social progress.
