Exploring the Internal Impetus Mechanism for Local Universities to Serve the Society

To enhance the colleges' function of serving the society is not only demanded by social development,but essential to measure the existing value of modern colleges and determine its social vitality.However,many local universities are accustomed to the traditional operating model which is oriented to talents cultivation and scientific research.The interactively developing idea of aiming at service,contributing in development has not been established,which in turn limits the improvement of social serving vitality and affects its own development.So the local universities have to expand its internal mechanism function of serving the society,and establish new organization in charge of college-locality cooperation,meeting the need of local economic development.
