Abstract
Studying the scope of acceptance of civil cases will benefit the civil procedural judicial practice and the academic. In view of the existied problems in theory, legislation and judicial practice, the author puts forward some factors and rules which should be considered when determining the competence of civil cases and some suggestions concerning on redefining the competence of civil cases
