With the influence of higher education popularity,market economy,globalization and university reform,the traditional student's affair management in universities and colleges are facing stern challenge in both management ideal and system.British and American universities and colleges provide referential experiences in the students' affair management:respect for students' subjectivity;the idea of legality;institutional centralization and specialization.Obviously,their experiences have enlightening significance for us.Therefore,to learn from the British and American experiences,establish advanced idea,construct scientific management system would enable us to meet the present austere challenge.
