Comparison between China and America in Characteristic of Role Definition of Students Affair Administrators in Universities and Colleges and its Revelation

The paper analyzes the characteristic of role definition of student affair administrators in universities and colleges between China and America in the development process,after comparison,it puts forward that as political and ideological educators,student affair administrators in Chinese universities and colleges should hold fast to their important positions,but the educational ways and methods still need to be improved;role definition should always take students' overall development as the starting point and destination,serve needs to be targeted,management should highlight democracy;whether as an educator or administrator,server,promoting students to learn and develop is essential for them all the time.
