Student affairs management in colleges and universities under globalization

The globalization brings a great challenge to traditional student affairs management in colleges and universities;meanwhile it provides a broader stage for student affairs workers,in which service has become the core of student affairs.Through the comparison with American student affairs,this article rationally thinks of the student affairs developing trends in Chinese colleges and universities under the background of globalization.It suggests that the management of student affairs in colleges and universities in China should not only refer to the advanced foreign experiences,but also selects the correct development strategies according to Chinese contexts,including constructing harmonious campus,enhancing organizing system construction and work tasks integration,and promoting the overall quality of talents who managing student affairs.
