Abstract

Objective To investigate the puncture technology of biopsy and it,s clinical application leading on CT.Methods To retrospectively analysis the 62 cases leading on CT by puncture biopsy.Results The 44 cases in puncture yesults are matignant tumots,the other 18 cases are benign:in the end,to be proved by surgery and follow-up that the 15 cases are positinely negative,the other 3 cases are false negative.Conclusion The puncture technology of biopsy leading on CT is safe and applicable,and can provide exact diagnosis for the clinic.
