Abstract

Objective:To discuss the method of peroutaneous musculoskeletal puncture biopsy under CT guidance, to improve the accuracy of puncture and that of diagnosis and to evaluate the value of clinical application.Materials and Methods: Percutaneous musculoskeletal puncture biopsy in 12 cases was performed under Siemens SOMATOM HiQ-S CT guidance with Angiomed automated biopsy de- vices. Biopsy of skeletal system was performed in 10 cases and muscular system in 2 cases. Results: 12 cases all one-time succeded. The ac- curacy of puncture was 100%. 12 cases all had quality diagnose. The accuracy of biopoy was 100%. No complications were found in this se- ries. Conclusion: Percutaneous musculoskeletal puncture biopsy under CT guidance with automated biopsy devices had high accuracy of biopsy and that of diagnosis, rare complications. It is a kind of simple and safe micro-wounded technique for interventional diagnosis.
