Abstract

Objective:To establish the HPLC fingerprint detecting standard of small bionic zymolysis leeches peptides by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography. Methods:The chromatographic conditions were as follows:a SinoChrom-ODS-BP column was used;the mobile phases methanol(1%~10%)-water from 0~25 min with gradient elution;column temperature 35℃;the flow rate 0.8 mL.mim-1 and the UV absorbance detection at 254 nm.Results:Under the same selected chromatographic conditions, the HPLC fingerprints of 6 batch small bionic zymolysis leeches peptides were obtained and the separation and correlation of 8 common peaks are good according to the technical requirements of fingerprint. Conclusion:The retention times and peak area ratios on HPLC fingerprint of 8 common peaks can be used as the important criterion.
