Abstract
Objective: Chromatographic fingerprint analysis was established for the quality control of Luanpao Prescription(LPP).Methods: HPLC-UV fingerprint of LPP was developed with Zorbax SB C18 column and a simple linear gradient elution with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.5% glacial acetic acid. The flow rate was set at 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature was kept at 30 ℃.The eluent was detected at 254 nm.The LC/MS method was applied for the identification of peaks in chromatographic fingerprint. Results: Fingerprint consisted of 15 common characteristic peaks in 10 different batches of normal samples. The similarity of CFP of 10 samples was over 0.938.Conclusion: The HPLC analysis of chromatography fingerprint could comprehensively control the quality of the formula.
