Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of early hemoperfusion in patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(AOPP).Methods A total of 154 AOPP patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=74) and control group(n=80).Both groups were administered general treatments for AOPP,but the treatment group received additional early hemoperfusion. The clinical efficacy was observed and compared. Results The cure rate in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group, while the mortality and incidence of middle syndrome in the treatment group was obviously lower than those in the control group(P0.05 or P0.01).The atropine dosage in the treatment group was obviously fewer than that in the control group. The recovery time of cholinesterase and length of hospital stay in the treatment group were obviously shorter than those in the control group(P0.01).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of early hemoperfusion treatment is noticeable and can be taken as the first-choice treatment for AOPP.
