Industrial Structure and the Economic Growth of County——Taking Hebei Provine as an Example

Abstract
Based on related documents and detailed data,this article describes the evolution characteristics of industrial structure in counties of Hebei province and the effects of industrial structure on the growth of county economy.It shows that the proportion of primary industry is high but the proportion of tertiary industry is low.The effect of industrial structure change on the growth of county economy is small,but the effect of industry growth rate is great.According to environment characteristic and industrial characteristics of counties in Hebei province,how to optimize industrial structure of counties is proposed.The results indicate that government plays an important role in information,policy,institution and infrastructure to optimize industrial structure.
