An Empirical Study on the Effects of Industrial Structure on Economic Growth and Fluctuations in Hebei Province

Based on the measurement of industrial structure rationalization and upgrading of the industrial structure,the use of Hebei province from 1985 to 2013 industrial development and economic growth data,builds econometric model about the transformation of industrial structure and economic growth,and then discusses the relationship between the two. The research results show that: there is the unidirectional causality between industrial structure change and economic growth of the Hebei Province,industrial rationalization and advanced process has positive effect on economic growth,but the Hebei Province industrial structure rationalization positive effects on economic growth is more obvious,and the high level is relatively insufficient. Relevant government departments should emphasis on the rationalization of industrial structure,at the same time,to further promote the optimization of industrial structure. in the economic development of Hebei province.
