On Systematical Practice of Socialist Democracy in the View of the Report at the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China

Based on the analysis of the non-state-owned nature of the economy subject,plural subjects of democracy,the multiple choices for participation in the democracy,pluralism of different subjects of interests demand,the tolerance and independence and diversity of the culture construction,this paper concludes that the reasonable core of the socialist democracy construction is substantially consistent with that of socialist economy,politics,culture and socialism,and they mutually develop in coordination.Meanwhile,it is an important way to develop the socialist democracy by giving overall consideration to the practice of democracy and non-democracy and to the system reform of socialist economy,politics,culture and administration.
