Abstract
The seventeenth national congress of the communist party noted that People's democracy is lifeblood of socialism.The party has been consistently pursing the goal of developing socialist democracy.Since China begain its reform and opening up,socialist democracy has demonstrated strong vitality in our country.Democracy will keep developing along with the progress of socialism.In the present era of socialism,Chinese Communist and Chinese people wil surely advance socialist democracy that is full of vitality.
