Abstract
Low presence of witnesses in court puzzles the fair criminal justice adjudication in the world.In China,because the lack of witness protection legislation and the protection of the rights related to the witness,the rate of witness appearing in court is even lower.Only by establishing a reasonable,comprehensive witness protection system,can the justice adjudication be realized.
