Pondering on Protection of Criminal Prosecution Witness

Abstract

It seriously interferes the realization of justice fairness if the witness does not provide verification.This article discusses the theoretical basis of witness protection in our country and analyzes the limitation of witness protection legislation.It finally proposes the idea of witness protection through establishing the special witness protection organization,expanding the prevention object of witness protection,increasing the object scope,expanding witness protection content and strengthening witness protection measure.
