Abstract
Witness at the court stand is of great significance in reforming the traditional court trial.The unwillingness to stand at the court stand on the part of the witness is mainly out of the indeterminacy of legal stipulations,the inconsistency of witness protection in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law,and the insufficiency of witness protection in legalization and practice.To perfect witness protection system must be proceeded on in terms of legal perfection, strengthening of witness legal awareness and transforming of legal enforcement.
