Influences of Different Conditions on Growth of Trichoderma viride and Enzyme Activity of Cellulase

Trough treating Trichoderma viride under different conditions,such as different pH values,temperatures and illumination time,the growing situation of Trichoderma viride was observed,and the enzyme activity of Trichoderma viride under different conditions was determined.The results showed that the optimum conditions for Trichoderma viride were pH of 6.0,temperature between 30℃ ～40℃ and illuminating less than 6 h.With the optimum conditions,the enzyme activity of Trichoderma viride for producing cellulase was relatively high,which can reach 1.611 IU/g dry medium.
