Abstract

[Objective] The aim of the study was to optimize the conditions of cellulase production by Trichoderma viride with solid fermentation.[Method] Using Trichoderma viride as experimental materials, the conditions for cellulase production were studied by solid fermentation. The influences of the culture conditions, including the culture time, the culture temperature, the inoculation volume, the water content and the bran content on the activities of cellulase were investigated.[Result] The effects of different factors on the cellulase activity had obvious trend under the solid fermentation conditions. The optimum conditions of producing cellulase were ascertained by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the culture temperature was 30 ℃,the culture time was 5 days, the inoculation volume was 5%,and the water content was 250%.[Conclusion] The research provided certain theoretical basis for the transformations and the application of Trichoderma viride on straw.
