Effect observation of 60 cases with Bushen Ningxin Decoction in the treatment of female climacteric syndrome

Objective To explore the effect of Bushen Ningxin Decoction in the treatment of female climacteric syndrome.Methods Sixty cases of climacteric syndrome from February 2010 to May 2011 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The treatment group was treated by Bushen Ningxin Decoction,control group was treated with nylestriol.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment group was 90.00%,the effective rate was 80.00% in the control group,the effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).After treatment,E2,FSH,LH and symptom scores significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).The improvement of E2,FSH and symptom score in treatment group was greater than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Quality of life scores were significantly improved in treatment group(P 0.05).Conclusion Bushen Ningxin Decoction is exactly effective to climacteric syndrome,and is worthy of clinical application.
