Abstract
The effects of different explants(leaf, petiole and stem),hormones and their concentration ratio, basic mediums and dark-culture times on regeneration of grape rootstock F-242 were studied in vitro. The results indicated that the influence of different explants, hormones and their concentration ratio, basic mediums and dark-culture times on induction rates of the adventitious bud were significantly different. The best explants type was stem;the after was petiole. The optimum hormone combination for stem was MS+6-BA 2.0mg/L+IBA 0.05mg/L,and the highest induction rate of adventitious bud was up to 30%.Prophase dark treatment had a significant effect on adventitious bud induction while the optimal dark-culture time was two weeks.
