The Scope of Administration Compensation in China

As the development of our society and the reasons of the National Compensation Act,there are some problems in the scope of administration compensation,such as: single responsibility principle of the executive compensation,damages of Abstract administrative act,mental damages,inaction and neglect administration compensation,compensation standards and so on.The main reasons are: the constraints of traditional thinking and the publicity of the today's ruling concept,the state's financial burden,the legal theory related being immaturity,the power of the administrative organization.Combined with the problems of the scope of administration compensation and reasons,some relevant recommendations are given.
